Lovely would go back again, relaxing stay
Our 2nd stay and Melia South Beach, Like the location and modern facilities.
The breakfast was advertised till 11, but by 10am items were being packed away, or the selections were limited. There was hardly any choice to go up for 2nds. & the q for the reception always seemed to be long & really slow service, sometimes to ask a simple question you were queuing behind people checking in or checking out, maybe suggest and information desk.

A good place to stay in, yet there are areas for improvement
The hotel is well-maintained with a welcoming and attentive staff at the reception and throughout the property. The location is amazing, close to everything you may need to. The hotel offers delicious meals for both breakfast and dinner. The rooms are stocked with Rituals toiletries and high-quality linens. Overall, it has a warm and inviting atmosphere.
It was impossible to get any information about the hotel before our trip, whether through email or social media, and even here on Booking, the hotel did not respond at all. I believe this is an area that needs improvement. We also faced an unpleasant situation: it was consistently difficult for our group to find a table for dinner each evening, as there were 10 of us. One evening, a waiter offered us a table, but it was uncomfortable. Nearby, there were more suitable tables with chairs, so we asked if we could rearrange them ourselves, but our request was denied. That’s fine, rules are rules. However, just 10 minutes later, another group of guests arrived, and they were allowed to move the tables together. My friend spoke with the manager about this, and the manager promised that from then on, we would have a reserved table at a specific time for our group. Yet the next day, none of the staff were aware of this arrangement :)) Additionally, the room cleaning was occasionally (though not always) lacking, particularly when it came to mopping the floors, as sand often remained. The room could also really use a pouf or some chairs by the table.

Very Good
Comfortable king size bed - much better than hotel Florida where we also stayed on our trip to Magaluf. Great view from room.
